Snowball Cookies!!!

Simple and convenient ! My complete household loves this recipe so much. If it had been for them, I’d be making this each day! Give it a shot, you’ll love it!To Make this Recipe You’ Will Need the following ingredients:

Soft and tender, buttery nutty cookie rolled in a blizzard of flawlessly white powdered sugar. A should attempt Christmas cookie!

Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter , softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp cornstarch
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup finely chopped Pecans (I simply used Pecan cookie chips so I didn’t have to do any chopping, simply poured them in proper from the bag).
1 half of cups powdered sugar , for coating

 

 

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). In the bowl of an electric powered stand mixer outfitted with the paddle attachment, combine butter on medium velocity till creamy, about 20 seconds. Blend in half cup powdered sugar and salt. Mix in vanilla.
Sprinkle cornstarch over combination (just so it doesn’t combo into one area) then with mixer set on low pace slowly add in flour and combine simply till combined. Stir in Pecans.
Scoop dough out 1 Tbsp at a time and roll into a ball, then location balls on ungreased baking sheets and bake in preheated oven for thirteen – 15 minutes, till backside edges are gently golden (for absolutely everyone having issues with spreading, simply sit back the dough balls for 1 hour then switch to baking sheet and bake and that need to help).
These are a cookie that I suppose are excellent when they aren’t moist in the middle so I’d say don’t underneath bake them. These clearly are a cookie that are intended to be dry. Dry however a soften in your mouth form of dry.
Remove from oven and enable to cool quite a few minutes then whilst cookies are nonetheless warm, pour 1 half of cups powdered sugar into a bowl and roll cookies in powdered sugar.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool, then as soon as cookies are cool, roll in powdered sugar as soon as more, this time generously coating them (I pressed it into the powdered sugar to supply it a thick coating). Store cookies in an hermetic container.
