Instructions
Once your ingredients are ready, it’s time to start cooking.
Place the mozzarella string cheese on a cutting board and slice into bite-sized pieces.
In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs until blended, then add the milk and whisk again until combined.
Set up a breading station with three bowls: one filled with flour, one with the egg mixture, and one with Italian bread crumbs.
