THE NO NAME DIP

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • minced garlic (2 cloves)
  • onion powder (1 teaspoon)
  • paprika (1/2 teaspoon)
  • cayenne pepper (1/4 teaspoon) – adjust according to taste
  • chopped fresh parsley (1/4 cup)
  • thinly sliced green onions (2)
  • Salt and pepper – according to preference
  • Tortilla chips, as well as an assortment of dippables (crackers, carrot sticks, celery and others).

 

 

Instructions:

  1. Put the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream into a mixing bowl and then mix until smooth using either a hand mixer or spatula.
  2. Incorporate minced garlic, paprika, onion powder and cayenne pepper into the mixture and stir thoroughly to spread all over.
  3. Fold in some parsley that has been chopped upand sliced green onions but set aside some of them for garnishing if you wish.
  4. Taste dip and add salt or pepper according to your preferences. Appropriate taste according to your taste.
  5. Pour the mixture into another bowl of serving; top it with left parsley leaves and sliced green onions if any.
  6. Serve ‘No Name Dip’ with Nacho Chips (tortilla), biscuits or vegetables that are fresh from garden.
  7. Savor this unique dip’s cryptic flavor together with friends and family, also enjoy its anonymous nature!
