For a good reason too. They are very easy to make and they taste amazing. However, every now and again, you may want to try out something new and unique like these Super Easy Caramel Cheesecake Bites.
So how about serving your cheesecake in smaller bite size portions and top it off with a topping you have never thought about before. Walnuts dressed with caramel are going to make a result you did not expect. The crunch of the walnuts combined with the crunchy crust is going to be tasty, unique and totally impressive. Or you can use any kind of nuts you want.

Ingredients
° 200g Biscuits
° 100gm melted butter
°5 eggs
°700 gm cream cheese
°100g (12 cups) sugar
°150gm melted chocolate
°2 tablespoons vegetable oil
°40 g (1/3 cup) hazelnut kernels
Method
– In a bowl, mix crushed biscuits with melted butter, transfer to a baking tray and press.
In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, eggs and sugar.
Pour over pressed biscuits. Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 45 minutes.
Cut them into squares and dip them in the mixture of melted chocolate and hazelnuts.
Freeze for 15 minutes.
