Creamy Crab Rangoon Spread

This warm, baked Crab Rangoon Dip delivers all the creamy, savory, slightly sweet flavors of the beloved appetizer—only in a shareable dip that pairs perfectly with chips or crispy wonton strips.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crab meat
  • 16 oz cream cheese (2 blocks), softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice

How to Make Crab Rangoon Dip:

Step 1: Soften the Cream Cheese

Warm the cream cheese in the microwave for about one minute to make it easier to blend.

Step 2: Combine the Ingredients

Mix-In Prep: Stir in the chopped green onions and the crab meat.
Add the Seasonings: Blend in the sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, powdered sugar, garlic powder, and lemon juice. Mix until everything is smooth and evenly combined.

Step 3: Bake the Dip

Spread the mixture into a shallow baking dish. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 30 minutes, or until it’s lightly browned on top and bubbling around the edges.

Step 4: Serve

Enjoy warm with chips, crispy wonton strips, or pork rinds.
