How to Make Amish White Cashew Clusters

Step 1: Prepare the Pan
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat to prevent sticking and make cleanup easy.

Step 2: Melt the Chocolate
Add the white chocolate chips to a heat-safe bowl. Melt using a double boiler over low heat, or microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.

Step 3: Add the Mix-Ins
Fold the cashews and dried cranberries into the melted chocolate, stirring gently until everything is evenly coated.

Step 4: Shape the Clusters
Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet using a tablespoon or small scoop, leaving about an inch of space between each cluster.

Step 5: Set the Chocolate
Let the clusters firm up at room temperature. For faster setting, place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes.

Step 6: Enjoy or Store
Once hardened, remove the clusters from the parchment paper. Serve right away or store in an airtight container in a cool, dry spot.
