Peaches & Cream Spread

This Peaches & Cream Spread is a smooth, creamy treat that brings fresh fruit flavor to breakfast or brunch. A blend of cream cheese and butter creates a rich, velvety base, while ripe peaches add natural sweetness and juicy texture. Lightly sweetened with powdered sugar and balanced with a touch of salt, this simple spread turns everyday breads and baked goods into something special.

Easy to prepare and full of fresh flavor, it’s perfect for spreading on toast, bagels, pancakes, waffles, and more.

Peach Cream Cheese Spread – Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup fresh peaches, peeled and finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1: Cream the Base
Place the softened cream cheese and butter in a large mixing bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat on medium-high speed for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the mixture is smooth, light, and fluffy.

Step 2: Add the Remaining Ingredients
Add the diced peaches, powdered sugar, and salt to the bowl. Mix on low speed, or fold gently with a spatula, until the peaches are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Step 3: Chill
Transfer the spread to an airtight container or jar. Refrigerate for at least 1 to 2 hours before serving, or overnight for the best flavor and texture.

Helpful Tip: Chilling allows the flavors to blend together while giving the spread a firmer, more easily spreadable consistency.

Step 4: Serve
Once chilled, spread generously over warm toast, English muffins, bagels, pancakes, waffles, biscuits, or your favorite breakfast breads.

Enjoy immediately.
