I love those recipes that we all grew up with, they are just too good to miss out on.
If you’ve been on the hunt for a low carb cheeseburger casserole, this is the recipe for you! Only 2 net carbs per serving and it’s so filling and delicious!
Okay, friends, I have a good one for you today! You know how sometimes you just really need a big, fat, juicy bacon cheeseburger? Happens to me daily, if we’re being honest. Extra cheese on mine, please!
Plus ketchup, mustard, pickles, and a suuuuper thin slice of red onions. 😉
I’m back on the low carb bandwagon again and one of those burger cravings hit. Of course, my bacon cheeseburger salad is always nice, but I’m getting a little sick of salad, to be honest.
To Make this Recipe You’ Will Need the following ingredients:

2 kilos of ground beef
2 cloves minced garlic
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 pound cooked bacon, reduce into pieces
eight eggs
1 cup heavy whipping cream
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 package (12 oz.) cheddar cheese, divided
Methods :
Step 1

The 2d step
Heat skillet on excessive warmth. Cook, and stir-fry beef with garlic and onion powder till brown and crumbly, five to 7 minutes. Drain and take away the fat.
Step 3

Step four
Whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl till properly combined. Stir in eight oz. cheddar cheese.
Fifth step
Pour the egg mixture over the beef and bacon. Top with final four oz. of cheese.
Step 6
