Peanut Butter Cookies

 

Have you ever tried something so delicious you can barely stand it…and something that you’re even more shocked that you actually made. This is one of those recipes.Simple and easy ! My whole family loves this recipe so much. If it were for them, I’d be making this every day! Give it a shot, you’ll love it!To Make this Recipe You’ Will Need the following ingredients:

 

Ingredients :

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 egg

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1 1/4 cups sifted flour

3/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

 

Directions :

Preheat oven to 375°.. Mix first six ingredients. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Roll into balls and press down with a fork dipped in sugar or flour. Bake for 10-12 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.
