Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chopped dates
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)

 

Instructions:

  1. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the shredded coconut, graham cracker crumbs, and chopped dates.
  2. Add Wet Ingredients: Stir in the sweetened condensed milk, softened butter, vanilla extract, and salt until everything is fully blended.
